Everyone is welcome to join us as we tour on the second Saturday and Sunday of each month. Weiguks, Coreans, big bikes and small, we get together, ride, drink beer and celebrate the magnificent scenery of this wierd and wonderful Land of the Morning Calm.

Posted by Picasa i just love this photo. it could be anywhere in the world and it would be great, but it is Corea. the traditional Corean fishing boats have a very small keel and a flat hull. this was to go fishing in shallow-ish water and when the tide went out and the boat beached itself, you could walk out and collect your nets, go for a crap, have a swim, do whatever you want as long as you are back before the tide comes in and the boats start to float again. you can get away with such an unstable boat if you live in a town like Tongyeong, or any number of South Corean towns, which has 140 islands off of the coast of that city alone. these islands break up the water so much so, that during typhoon Lusa (167km/h wind) it managed only a 3 and a half foot swirl. even on a rough day the water is pretty quiet in these parts.

but as much as i love them, this site is not about boats, its about bikes. and this is mine. a 1996, 750cc honda magna. please click it, the photo is taken at very high resolution and the little photie doesnt do it justice. please just for me, give it a click and tell me how sexy it is.

Might as well start with the same as last
